Our Team

Thelma joined the IPCBurlington.ca in April of 2015 as a licensed assistant to Wade Van Bostelen. This is a new role in the office which allows Thelma to provide advice regarding financial transactions and process requests when Wade is out of the office.

While being new to the role of licensed assistant, Thelma brings with her years of professional experience having worked in a support role in various customer relation positions. Thelma joined the team after completing her licensing requirements at the IFSE Institute. Over the last several years Thelma has developed a proven track record of ensuring a positive, client-focused approach.

In addition to her licensing, Thelma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of the Fraser Valley. She also is an active volunteer in her local church.
